We stayed at the charming Old Joiners Shop for a few days and had an incredible time. The cabin's design and coziness were top-notch, making us feel right at home. Located in a fantastic spot, we enjoyed the convenience and comfort it offered. A highlight of our stay was meeting the talented craftsman who worked on his hobby making boats. The locals were friendly, and the self-catering aspect was a bonus, allowing us the freedom to enjoy our time at our own pace.

    Can recommend this hotel.

This place was an absolute gem! The clever use of space and storage was impressive, especially for such a small property. It had everything you could wish for, packed into a tiny space. It felt like being in an episode of Amazing Spaces! The location was brilliant, right in the heart of town, and the conversion from an old workshop was done really well. The cabin itself was so cozy and comfortable, it truly felt like a home away from home. Plus, being self-catering meant we had the freedom to do things on our own schedule. And let me tell you, the locals were incredibly friendly and the food was to die for!

There was one little hiccup during our stay. The instructions we were given had a mistake in them.

The Old Joiners Shop is a cozy and charming holiday home that feels like a rustic retreat. It's perfect for those who love the quaintness of a bygone era.

Personally, I didn't enjoy using the bathroom with just a shower. I prefer the relaxation of a bath.

The location of the hotel is brilliant, with a conversion from an old workshop that has been done really well. the cozy cabin offers a comfortable stay, and the clever use of limited space is a strength of this quirky property. the interesting craftsman who works on his hobby making boats adds to the unique charm of the place. the locals are friendly, and the food in the area is to die for.

The small size of the property is a slight weakness, but this is something common in most places in the area.
